Where to start? | How to create a private tour? | Tariff Plan
1. High quality photos
You decide whether it is one photo or several photos, whether it is original or not. However, it is important that you use the copyrighted photos if the photos are not yours. If you place a photo, it will help not only finely integrate your tour into the overall design but also attract attention to it.
2. Tour name (creative, unique)
If it is difficult for you to find a creative photo or to write an eye-catching description of your tour, pay more attention to the name of your tour. If it has no more than 4-5 words, it can be read and memorized faster and more people will get interested.
3. Brief description of the tour
A small text that can also be placed in the detailed description of the tour. The simpler, clearer and more interesting your brief description is, the more likely people will view it, read it and get interested in it, and, of course, in your company.
4. Detailed description of the tour
Search engines (Yandex, Google, etc) can index the original content and easy-to-read information better. If you simply copy the text from another web page, the result will not be the best, since search engines will treat this text as a clone (duplicate). Doing minor changes or complete renewal of this description will do better job for your page, and attract a larger audience.
5. What you should not do and why
- A detailed description can consist of one paragraph if the size of the paragraph is not more than 5-6 sentences. If the sentences are quite long, create another paragraph.
- Correct spelling. Misprints and mistakes can be unacceptable for many people. They can demonstrate your illiteracy, as well as the fact that you are not sufficiently reliable and competent. According to statistics, up to 10 percent of the audience simply skip these types of pages.
- Dry enumeration of places to visit: During the tour you will see A, B and if we have time, C. This kind of tour description says nothing about the author’s creativity, so elaborate on this, tell the audience more information about the places of interest and attractions, thus increasing their interest.
6. Meeting points, prices, discounts
Once you create a unique tour, not depending on whether you have taken into consideration the advices listed above or not, you run the risk of remaining unknown or not sufficiently known. If you do not do the following, your tour will be available only in the Tours catalog.
Be sure to include the meeting points of your tours and discount rules if you are willing to provide them to your customers. After the moderator’s approval you can specify a schedule for all your unique tours, exception dates, comments, and, of course, tour prices. In this case, the tour will also be placed in the Tour Search.
7. Desired daily earnings
You can specify the price of the tour per person, as well as the desired daily earnings. In this case, the system automatically compares both values, calculates the minimum amount and divides it by the number of persons in the request. Thus you guarantee yourself the minimum desired daily earnings and a tourist gets a personalized price based on his/her query parameters.
